About the Role

The Mobile Maintenance Technician provides operations and maintenance support to the facility, including repair, maintenance, and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment as per the contract between Enovity and the client. This position is part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the International Union of Operating Engineers – Local 39.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair boilers, heating pumps, valves, appurtenances, and lines for steam and heated or processed water distribution.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators, traps, transfer pumps, expansion valves, stop valves, float valves, refrigerant lines, and devices for temperature control and air conditioning systems.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair pumps for brines or other secondary refrigerating liquids, including associated valves, appurtenances, and lines.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair air compressors, distribution lines, and air control valves and devices.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair natural and manufactured gas distribution lines, including air control valves and devices.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair water filters, softeners, piping, and pumps for water distribution, including sinks, toilet bowls, supply lines, drains, water lines, control devices, and sprinkler systems.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair all types of electrical motors and engines powering pumps, compressors, and fans.
  • Operate and maintain data center specific HVAC and Electrical Systems, including PDUs, CRAC Units, UPS Modules, Static Transfer Switches, Emergency Generators, Cooling Towers, Fans, Motors, Underfloor LDS, specialized Fire Systems, and FA monitoring.
  • Perform appropriate levels of electrical work, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Utilize all necessary tools, including special equipment, for operating, installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair fuel oil systems, including pumps, valves, lines, and controls.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair building automation systems for HVAC, including consoles, data gathering panels, remote sensors, and indicating devices.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair all mail conveyor systems, excluding tenant-owned systems.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair sanitary sewer systems, sump pumps, basins, water closets, urinals, and piping.
  • Maintain, install, replace, and repair trash compactors, including electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Maintain, install, replace, and repair all kitchen equipment, excluding tenant-owned equipment.
  • Operate, maintain, install, replace, and repair all life safety related equipment.

  • Minimum of five (3) years of experience in the implementation of the above duties.
