About the Role
This 6-month term position offers an opportunity to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of Coveo AI Search and oversee the management and enhancement of our Content Management System (CMS), Sierra. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our Knowledge and Content Management strategy, driving platform releases, improving search relevance, enabling data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of Coveo and CMS platforms.
- Drive continuous enhancements of search and content platforms, including relevance tuning, query pipeline optimization, and metadata configuration within Coveo.
- Lead the deployment of Coveo releases and CMS updates.
- Integrate Coveo with platforms like Salesforce and SharePoint, develop new features, and optimize existing functionalities to support the content lifecycle process.
- Analyze user behavior, search performance, and content engagement using tools like Power BI and Coveo Usage Analytics.
- Apply insights to improve AI search relevancy and content governance.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify content gaps, search deficiencies, and opportunities for platform innovation.
- Deliver training and user support for CMS and Coveo platforms.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Coveo configurations, CMS workflows, deployment processes, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards.
- Implement measures to safeguard content integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
- Serve as the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Knowledge Management, offering guidance on AI-powered search and CMS strategy.
- Represent the KM team on cross-functional committees and working groups.
- Design and execute KM initiatives that capture tacit knowledge and promote a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture across business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in content management system (CMS) (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) with a deep knowledge of publishing workflows and governance.
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining AI-powered search engines like Coveo.
- Experience with search configuration, query pipeline design, and relevance tuning.
- Experience integrating Coveo with platforms such as Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Experience using Coveo APIs, analytic dashboards, and machine learning models.
- Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web publishing standards.
- Proficient in Power BI for data visualization, performance reporting, and enabling data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts as applied to search and content personalization.
- Strong analytical skills in content performance evaluation and user behavior analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration with search and content platforms is an asset.
