About the Role
The Senior Talent Development Associate supports the design, delivery, and administration of training and development programs. This role facilitates onboarding, soft skills, and corporate training, maintains learning systems, and ensures accurate documentation to drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding, soft skills, and legislatively required training using various delivery methods.
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
- Analyze training metrics and learner feedback to recommend improvements.
- Research and propose innovative learning technologies and methods.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design and enhance internal training programs.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning with business objectives.
- Update training content to reflect business requirements and policy changes.
- Coordinate and track Career Development Program activities and participant progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain training materials including e-learning modules, decks, and guides.
- Ensure training materials are accurate and compliant with corporate and legislative standards.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure data integrity and accurate tracking.
- Monitor training completion and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing training metrics and trends.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, learning coordination, or related L&D support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in public speaking, group facilitation, or classroom instruction preferred.
- Exposure to finance or auto finance environments preferred.
- Experience supporting blended or eLearning programs preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
