About the Role

Join a locally owned and operated store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do. The primary goal is to maximize sales of beauty products and services.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
• Promote sales of beauty products.
• Encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program.
• Promote products through marketing.
• Promote and book appointments for in-store events.
• Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services.
• Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Comply with all store policies and procedures.
• Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensure they are executed in the department.
• Act professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Possesses a “selling is fun” attitude.
• Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers.
• Always put the Customer first and provides superior customer service.
• Actively models the desired behavior with eClienteling to provide superior customer service.
• Attend appropriate vendor schools.
• Attends workshop/education sessions.
• Independent thinking and decisions.
• Selling skills in Cosmetics.
• Able to work 3 night shifts and weekends.
• Proven consultative skills to provide information.
• Selling experience with a proven track record.
• A good knowledge of various beauty products and services available.
• Ability to conduct sit down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladder.
• Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves.
