About the Role

Join a dynamic Mobile Mental Health Team to make meaningful impacts in the Orange County community. You will be at the forefront of emergency response, assessing and addressing urgent needs with precision and compassion.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-base and on-call duties, ensuring comprehensive support for individuals in crisis.
  • Develop and implement safety plans.
  • Coordinate outreach services.
  • Provide essential follow-up support.
  • Collaborate with 311, certified peers and law enforcement.
  • Utilize clinical skills in triage and assessment.
  • Intervene in critical situations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to improving mental health outcomes.

Requirements

  • Professional license required - LMSW, LCSW or LMHC, Limited Permit acceptable
  • Flexibility
  • Bilingual English and Spanish speaking a plus
  • All positions are subject to a criminal background, fingerprinting and motor vehicle report check.

Work Type

  • M-F Days (8 or 12 hour days)
  • Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m

  • 2 am to 6 am

Salary/Compensations

  • $42 per hour
  • $35 per hour
  • $25 per hour
