About the Role
At Summit Credit Union, we’re looking for a passionate, people-first Member Service Teller at our New Berlin branch to be the friendly face of our branch and the heartbeat of our member experience. We’re not just about transactions—we’re about transformation.
Responsibilities
- Greet members with warmth and genuine interest.
- Handle a variety of financial transactions with precision and care.
- Listen closely to uncover member needs and connect them with the right teammates.
- Educate members on Summit’s products and services.
- Keep branch operations running smoothly with attention to detail and timeliness.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
- The employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, and use hands and fingers.
- The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
