About the Role
Join the Reinsurance Solutions US Property team in London to help clients make better decisions by providing expert risk transfer solutions and managing complex reinsurance accounts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client coverage needs to develop risk transfer solutions
- Maintain data accuracy within internal IT systems
- Assist senior brokers with the renewal process for complex accounts
- Resolve queries from clients and reinsurers through cross-departmental collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships within the market and Aon networks
- Review insurance and reinsurance documentation for regulatory and client compliance
- Ensure adherence to the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework
- Market endorsements and renewals through appropriate channels
- Advise clients on placement design, coverage, capacity, and pricing
- Negotiate optimal pricing and capacity
- Partner with London and US teams to meet client expectations
- Host client events and contribute to client retention and profitability
Requirements
- Proven technical competence and industry experience
- Ability to identify and pursue market opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
- Competence in business and financial matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with electronic trading for placement
