About the Role
As an Admissions Advisor II, your role extends beyond guiding students through the admissions process. You are a key player in driving the College’s mission by influencing students’ decisions to pursue their education at Bryant & Stratton College. With a focus on stewardship and brand ambassadorship, your efforts directly impact student success and the College’s reputation. Your leadership and dedication will inspire both students and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and campus enrollment goals by engaging prospective students and ensuring their alignment with the College’s offerings.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with prospective students, ensuring they receive ongoing communication and support throughout their enrollment journey.
- Focus on maximizing paid enrollment opportunities, using strategic outreach and CRM systems to maintain student engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, influencing the College’s reputation through the generation of referral leads and successful enrollments.
- Provide outstanding service, assisting students with documentation and ensuring all enrollment requirements are met.
- Continually evaluate and improve upon key performance metrics to achieve superior outcomes.
- Adhere to all regulations and policies while actively seeking opportunities for professional growth.

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $49,000-$51,000
