About the Role
The Inventory Assistant ensures accurate inventory tracking through daily tasks, maintaining organized storage areas, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Record daily morning and evening production inventory
- Transfer inventory from the kitchen freezer to designated storage areas
- Organize freezers to optimize space
- Prepare inventory shipments for the warehouse
- Consolidate empty pallets to maintain a clean loading bay
- Perform cycle counts to verify system accuracy
- Facilitate the MIA Reconciliation shift from Monday to Thursday, 3-5pm
Requirements
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
- Strong basic math skills for calculating values, quantities, and shrinkage
- Fast and error-free data entry skills
- Proactive mindset for identifying and resolving stock errors
- Ability to maintain accurate and effective documentation
- Comfort with inventory management systems
