About the Role
We are seeking our first Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to build, own, and scale a function that defines how we communicate our story. As the link between Product and Go-to-Market, you will translate complex product features into compelling narratives for customers. You will collaborate with the GTM Enablement lead to ensure Sales and Customer Success teams are well-equipped and confident in delivering messaging. Your role will span from roadmap development to launch and adoption, ensuring our narrative is consistent, engaging, and impactful. This position requires both hands-on execution and strategic building, with opportunities for future leadership growth.
Responsibilities
- Build messaging frameworks by persona, industry, and use case.
- Translate market, customer, and competitor insights into strategy.
- Create Go-to-Market tools such as battlecards and objection guides.
- Lead Go-to-Market planning and execution for product launches.
- Develop launch briefs, narratives, assets, and playbooks.
- Align Sales and Customer Success readiness with external messaging.
- Partner with GTM Enablement on core messaging and collateral.
- Ensure consistent, differentiated storytelling across teams.
- Support demand generation and customer marketing with positioning.
- Create decks, one-pagers, briefs, and web copy tied to outcomes.
- Translate technical capabilities (AI, ML, automation) into buyer-ready narratives.
- Ground thought leadership in product differentiation.
- Build the foundation for scaling product marketing functions.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS, including 2+ years in product marketing.
- Experience in growth-stage SaaS, selling to enterprise buyers.
- Proven success driving GTM strategy and product launches.
- Skilled at simplifying complex products into clear value propositions.
- Hands-on experience with sales collateral, web copy, one-pagers, and decks.
- Familiarity with market research, personas, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Love working at the intersection of product, sales, CS, and marketing.
- Desire to build a function from the ground up.
- Comfortable with both detailed execution and big-picture thinking.
