About the Role

As an Associate Director at Linesight, you will lead experienced, culturally diverse teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. Responsibilities

  • Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
  • Use business development skills to engage new clients and secure repeat projects
  • Oversee key strategic client projects
  • Apply scheduling/planning experience to achieve project deliverables within contract performance measures
  • Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors
  • Foster top performance and growth for employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
  • Lead the team to deliver impeccable quality and client value

Requirements

  • Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in project scheduling within the Data Centers industry
  • 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management/scheduling experience in the data center sector
  • Confidence to head up meetings with clients
  • Experience using P6
  • Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying
  • Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS
  • Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
