About the Role
United Radio is seeking skilled Technicians to join their expanding Electronic Security Systems team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic security systems including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and fire/life safety systems
- Work with leading security platforms such as Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, Milestone, and Salto
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry cabling standards including structured cabling, fiber optics, and low-voltage systems
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism during client interactions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in electronic security system installation and maintenance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work at heights
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
