As a Career Course Facilitator, you'll lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field. You'll cover career pathways and a practical field challenge, giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do.
Responsibilities

- Cover career pathways and a practical field challenge.
Requirements
- Working professional with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred).
- At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field.
- Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Humanities & Philosophy, Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI and Business & Entrepreneurship.
- Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development.
Skills
- Field specific lecturing experience a plus.
