About the Role
We are seeking native English (United States) speakers to participate in the Gardenia Speech Collection project, aimed at gathering speech recordings to enhance voice assistant technologies.
Responsibilities
- Record short wake-up phrases and scripted utterances.
- Follow provided guidelines for recording.
- Upload a short sample voice recording for accent screening.
Requirements
- Be 18 years or older.
- Be born and live in the United States.
- Be a native speaker of English (US) from any region.
- Be able to use a mobile phone for the project.
- Be able to use a wired headset or the device microphone for recording.
- Have access to a quiet indoor environment for recordings.
- Pass initial accent screening.
