About the Role

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to administer The Musician's Woodshed - Lake Travis, a music school in Southwest Austin, TX. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students, families, and teachers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring teachers stay on schedule
  • Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
  • Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset
  • Demonstrated interest in music and music education is an asset
