About the Role

Supporting Business Operations by providing administrative, operational, and logistical support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functioning. Collaborating with departments to enhance processes and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to teams and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
  • Prepare, compile, and analyze reports to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate communications between internal departments.
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other operational documents.
  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to customer, client, and employee inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Manage filing systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support project implementation and provide administrative assistance to project teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations support, administration, customer services, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
