About the Role

The Warranty Specialist will process and review warranty claims, manage warranty payments, and handle warranty parts returns. This role also involves conducting audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies, contributing to the company's mission of building a zero-emission future.

Responsibilities

• Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims daily and weekly.
• Monitor daily and weekly reports.
• Resubmit all rejected claims promptly.
• Administer warranty policy to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain records of warranty submissions and customer contributions.
• Liaise with the parts department regarding warranty parts retention and availability.
• Follow up on payment of outstanding claims and process service provider invoices.
• Verify criteria required by the factory.
• Undertake other tasks as requested by the Aftersales Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with after-sales service.
• Ability to use own initiative and multi-task.
• Possess exceptional organisational skills.
• Team player.
• Personable approach with a polite and courteous manner.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Has right-to-work in the UK.
