About the Role

Universal Logistic Inc is seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to provide comprehensive administrative support within a leading logistics company. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities, contributing directly to our team's success from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to management and the wider team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Handle data entry and maintain organised digital filing systems.
  • Assist with the coordination of logistics-related documentation and communications.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a remote Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive and self-sufficient approach to working remotely.
  • A dedicated home office setup with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Previous experience within the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous but not essential.
