About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to promote health and well-being through innovative projects and community engagement. Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets related to community health programmes and project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions and improve project effectiveness.
  • Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to clearly communicate findings to project managers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand their data requirements and provide ongoing analytical support.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all organisational data, establishing and maintaining robust data quality procedures.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of health and community engagement projects.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within the non-profit or public health sector is highly desirable but not essential.
