About the Role

The Project Manager will plan, manage, execute, and close multiple IT projects and initiatives, serving as the single point of contact for cb20's customers. This role involves communicating issues, mitigating project risks, and managing project financial health, reporting within the Project Management Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
• Facilitate all aspects of stakeholder relationships.
• Own governance process and stakeholder updates.
• Function as the single point of contact for customers.
• Communicate with project stakeholders, set expectations, and run project meetings.
• Maintain project schedules, cost, and scope.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Provide accurate and extensive project documentation including status reports, project plans and diagrams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three years of project management experience, or equivalent, with at least two years managing IT projects.
• Experience working with waterfall methodology and a strong understanding of project phases.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT business solutions.
• Demonstrated record of executing successful IT Infrastructure projects on-time and on-budget.
• Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.
