About the Role
Heritage Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, attending to dietary needs, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
- Attend to residents’ individual dietary needs when taking and delivering food orders from residents and their guests.
- Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents.
- Work under the supervision of and take instruction from the executive chef and sous chef.
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines.
