Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters
• Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted
• Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments
• Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures
• Perform general administrative tasks as required
• Perform housekeeping as assigned
• Assist in annual warehouse inventory
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required

• Must be able to read and write English
• Regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others - talk and hear
• Frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally required to sit
• Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds
• Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Works in a typical parts warehouse environment
• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and fumes from forklift
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Safety Sensitive Role

Skills

• Material handling experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
