About the Role
Oversees the Food Service operation of the store, including the Food Court, to ensure financial objectives, product quality, and presentation standards are met to maximize sales. Ensures compliance with all corporate and state sanitation procedures and regulations. Supervises and directs Food Service personnel, providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day department operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and adherence to safety/sanitation policies.
- Oversee hiring, training, and development of departmental staff, including performance documentation and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure associates adhere to company dress code and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and achieve financial results for the department, including payroll, sales, gross profit, CTO, shrink, and inventory levels.
- Manage department product merchandising, including planogram adherence, product knowledge, shelf conditions, stock levels, item rotation, and signing policies.
- Maintain Cold case logs, Hot food logs, and Cooling logs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
