- Mentor consultants.
- Help clients maximize the value of their Oracle HCM Cloud investment.
- Lead Oracle HCM Payroll managed services engagements for enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle consulting, managed services, or enterprise application support experience.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Experience leading managed services/support delivery and transition activities.
- Proven people leadership and Manager-level experience.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
