About the Role

Own the core infrastructure that powers our continuous delivery and data-driven culture. Build the tools, SDKs, and statistical engines that allow every team across the company to deploy code safely, target experiences precisely, and measure the impact of their ideas with mathematical certainty. This is a highly technical role where your customers are your fellow developers, data scientists, and product managers.

  • Manage platform primitives where sub-millisecond evaluation latency, high availability, and daily event throughput of one billion or more events are core operational metrics
  • Build or scale experimentation frameworks, including experience utilizing split testing methodologies, sample size calculations, statistical power, sequential testing, and guardrail metrics
  • Design systems with targeting logic, multi-environment configurations, role-based access controls (RBAC), approval workflows, and compliance guardrails such as SOC2, GDPR, or data privacy frameworks
  • Model developer and marketer workflows and translate them into scalable, reusable platform primitives

Requirements

  • Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
