Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, including deposits, withdrawals, and negotiable instrument processing.
- Maintain a compliance-first mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met.
- Educate clients on leveraging mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
- Identify client needs through active listening and pair them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
- Greet customers and ensure a welcoming and attentive experience.
- Balance operational efficiency with a community-focused approach.
- Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed.
- Attend all required training sessions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods
