Responsibilities
- Monitor playtime to ensure safety, positive interactions, and healthy energy levels
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage good behaviors and build trust
- Administer basic first aid and address emergencies
- Monitor dogs for signs of distress or illness
- Manage individualized feeding schedules and dietary needs
- Maintain detailed daily logs on behavior, activities, and health
- Communicate effectively with management and pet parents
- Keep the facility clean, comfortable, and secure
- Inspect and maintain equipment for safety and functionality
- Participate in workshops, training programs, and ongoing education
- Welcome pet parents with warmth and professionalism
- Address customer questions and concerns with empathy
Requirements
- Passion for animals
- Strong communication skills
