About the Role
Lead and evolve our hiring strategy across Campus Recruitment and Experienced Hiring, overseeing full-cycle talent acquisition for campus programs, front-office consulting, and head office hiring in a fast-paced, high-growth professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy across Campus Recruitment and Experienced Hiring
- Oversee hiring across consulting/front-office teams and head office functions across Canada and the US
- Lead, coach, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of approximately 8–10 team members
- Build scalable recruitment strategies and processes to support company growth
- Partner closely with executive leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Refine selection processes to ensure identification of top talent
- Drive recruitment planning, forecasting, and pipeline strategy
- Use recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring strategies
- Strengthen Isaac’s employer brand and market presence
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture and leadership teams
- Evaluate and improve recruiting systems, tools, workflows, and operational processes
Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership experience overseeing high-volume and professional services recruitment
- Experience leading experienced hiring functions
- Experience leading and developing mid-sized Talent Acquisition teams
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition within consulting, professional services, or similarly high-performance environments
- Experience recruiting within both Canadian and US markets is an asset
- Proven ability to build and scale recruitment strategies in fast-growing organizations
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with senior leadership teams
- Demonstrated success hiring high-performing talent with a focus on quality, precision, and long-term fit
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with experience using recruitment data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and recruitment operations best practices
