About the Role
The Merchandise Coordinator role involves supporting the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer in specified merchandise categories across all sales channels. The team focuses on operational excellence and developing best-in-class merchandising strategies each season.
Responsibilities
- Own sample management, including communication and partnership with photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions.
- Utilize Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs.
- Enter and maintain price/cost changes for relevant categories.
- Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Merchandising preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
- Ability to create pivot tables is a plus.
- Experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP is a plus.
- Occasional travel may be required.
