About the Role

The Merchandise Coordinator role involves supporting the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer in specified merchandise categories across all sales channels. The team focuses on operational excellence and developing best-in-class merchandising strategies each season.

Responsibilities

  • Own sample management, including communication and partnership with photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions.
  • Utilize Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs.
  • Enter and maintain price/cost changes for relevant categories.
  • Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Merchandising preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
  • Ability to create pivot tables is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP is a plus.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Salary/Compensations

  • $25.75 - $28.98/hr
