About the Role
Our Field Sales Talent Acquisition team is central to SumUp's European growth, building the sales force that enables small businesses to thrive. This role involves managing high-volume hiring funnels across multiple markets, partnering with sales leaders, and driving ambitious onboarding targets. It offers direct impact on business growth with full ownership of the recruitment funnel.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for Field Sales in Dutch-speaking markets, including sourcing, screening, offer, and onboarding.
- Conduct structured candidate screening calls and maintain a strong pipeline to meet monthly onboarding targets.
- Review funnel data to identify drop-off points and optimize sourcing or outreach strategies for improved conversion.
- Collaborate with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs, launch local campaigns, and maintain active job postings.
- Share market insights with the team and contribute to knowledge-sharing to enhance overall hiring performance.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment end-to-end, preferably in a fast-paced or sales-driven environment.
- Strong ability to engage and sell to candidates, with the discipline to drive pipeline to close.
- Comfortable using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms, with solid outbound search skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Results-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability for a high-tempo, target-driven environment.
