About the Role
The Manager, Brand Strategy (Family) will be responsible for bringing global Family strategy to life through integrated planning, asset development, and market-ready execution. This role partners closely with the Partnerships team and supports the Director and Senior Manager on priority initiatives, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, on-brief, and easily adoptable by markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the new Family Strategy and Future of Play.
- Lead development of the integrated marketing communications (IMC) approach for global Family campaigns, connecting channel roles, messaging, and assets into a cohesive plan.
- Produce and coordinate core global campaign assets, partnering with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely, on-brand deliverables that are easy for markets to adopt.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to manage partner relationships through campaign development, driving alignment, surfacing opportunities, and ensuring partner needs are reflected in plans.
- Support the Director and Senior Manager on key strategic projects, contributing to analysis, briefs, recommendations, and market updates.
- Manage timelines, inputs, and decision points, and synthesize feedback into clear next steps to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and/or campaign development.
- Ability to build integrated plans and translate strategy into clear campaign guidance and assets.
- Comfort with conceptual thinking and curiosity.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (markets, agencies, and cross-functional partners) and manage projects against timelines.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills and a high bar for quality.
- Strong communication skills, including writing clear briefs, synthesizing feedback, and creating simple narratives.

Salary/Compensations
- $115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
