Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of produce.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and safety compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational issues.
- Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems, conducting regular stock counts and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
Requirements
- Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
- Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
- Frequent walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting 50+ lbs.
