About the Role
This position offers a flexible, dependable option for individuals seeking to supplement their income, gain hands-on experience, or work toward a full-time career. It provides a fixed base schedule with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
- Respond to incidents and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Document observations and communicate with site contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
- Monitor entry and exit activity and verify credentials.
- Support visitor management practices.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, and suspicious behavior.
- Assist with follow-up on security-related procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Must meet state and local licensing requirements.
- Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
