About the Role
New London Hospital is seeking an experienced CRNA to join their independent, all-CRNA anesthesia team at a critical access hospital. This role offers the opportunity to practice to the full scope of licensure in a collaborative environment, providing anesthesia care for diverse outpatient surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures, including orthopedics, neurospine, urology, general surgery, endoscopy, and pain procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the anesthesia team and perioperative staff to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
- Support smooth OR workflow and a well-run practice.
- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Engage with and mentor Nurse Anesthesia Residents when opportunities arise.
Requirements
- Four years of experience are recommended.
- Independent practice experience is preferred but not required.
- Regional anesthesia experience is preferred.
- Obtain a New Hampshire RN and APRN License.
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
- Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
