About the Role

We are hiring Event Emergency Medical Technicians to provide high-quality patient care and customer service to event guests, venue staff, and event personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure event activities align with CrowdRx goals and strategic plans.
  • Deliver on-site BLS level care following medical guidelines and protocols.
  • Respond calmly and professionally to emergency medical and public safety calls.
  • Coordinate emergent and non-emergent patient transport to higher levels of care.
  • Communicate effectively with venue staff and local officials.
  • Utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide quality patient care.
  • Generate and submit accurate response and patient care documentation.
  • Maintain issued uniforms, response gear, and personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain current state certifications and licenses.
  • Monitor and maintain first aid offices and medical gear inventory.
  • Follow all policies and procedures while ensuring timely attendance.
  • Communicate public health and safety issues to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • California State EMT or Paramedic credential.
  • Applicable state certifications.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Working understanding of special event operations.
