About the Role
We are hiring Event Emergency Medical Technicians to provide high-quality patient care and customer service to event guests, venue staff, and event personnel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure event activities align with CrowdRx goals and strategic plans.
- Deliver on-site BLS level care following medical guidelines and protocols.
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergency medical and public safety calls.
- Coordinate emergent and non-emergent patient transport to higher levels of care.
- Communicate effectively with venue staff and local officials.
- Utilize medical equipment and procedures to provide quality patient care.
- Generate and submit accurate response and patient care documentation.
- Maintain issued uniforms, response gear, and personal protective equipment.
- Maintain current state certifications and licenses.
- Monitor and maintain first aid offices and medical gear inventory.
- Follow all policies and procedures while ensuring timely attendance.
- Communicate public health and safety issues to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- California State EMT or Paramedic credential.
- Applicable state certifications.
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective customer service skills.
- Working understanding of special event operations.
