About the Role
As an Executive Recruiting Researcher, you will own candidate identification and prioritization for critical searches, converting market noise into qualified leads and insights for leaders. Your expertise will ensure the success of critical searches and maintain a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
- Drive search strategy and research execution, partnering with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to refine search theses and own candidate identification and prioritization.
- Curate market maps by identifying target companies and key product/functional charters, analyzing org structures and reporting lines to fuel executive pipelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor by collaborating with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, converting market information into qualified leads, insights, and actions.
- Contribute to a winning team by sharing a passion for excellence, collaborating effectively, and going above and beyond to find the best solutions.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of research experience in executive recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced technology company or search firm.
- Proven ability to partner with executives, with a track record of successful collaborations with senior leaders.
- Responsive to direction, with strong judgment on when to challenge decisions to ensure the best outcomes.
- Investigative rigor: skeptical and structured thinker who turns ambiguity into defined lines of research and writes with brevity and clarity.
- High discretion: ability to handle confidential searches and sensitive information with impeccable judgment.
- Tenacious and outcome-oriented: proactive, follows threads, closes loops, and thinks creatively to overcome recruiting challenges.
