About the Role

Broadridge is seeking a Proxy Coding Administrator responsible for directing the workflow of proxy jobs, reviewing them for material links, and ensuring they are not on credit hold. This role coordinates all aspects of product or service offerings for clients from inception to final delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and resolving inquiries in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
  • Assisting the team with daily responsibilities.
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments such as DPS OPS, EPC, CPS, Client Services and Production.
  • Preparing and reviewing Issuer’s meeting agenda for distribution to shareholders.
  • Reviewing issuers materials for compliance with NYSE & SEC regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining functional knowledge of Broadridge's processes, systems, and products.
  • Performing QC of the agenda set up done by other team members.
  • Escalating issues to Supervisor/Manager.
  • Assisting with completion of training and ISO documented procedures.
  • Performing all other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Experienced computer-user with familiarity using Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Outlook and various web-based applications.
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Salary/Compensations

  • $23.00 - $25.12 per hour
