About the Role

FreeWheel Finance is seeking an analytical and curious individual to solve complex issues, generate insights, and drive meaningful change within the Revenue FP&A team. This role requires strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity to support leadership's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue consolidation and reporting processes for monthly close and forecast cycles.
  • Drive the revenue budget process for FreeWheel revenue.
  • Administer Long-Range Plan (LRP) process for existing and speculative revenue portfolio.
  • Enhance data-driven business intelligence capabilities by updating financial dashboards and generating revenue KPIs.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on FreeWheel financial reporting systems.
  • Assist with personnel expenses and headcount budgeting, planning, and tracking.
  • Liaise with adjacent teams to drive intracompany alignment and represent Revenue Finance priorities.
  • Support FreeWheel strategic initiatives and executive priorities through special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Understand and apply Operating Principles in daily work.
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customer needs.
  • Be an enthusiastic learner and advocate of company technology and services.
  • Collaborate effectively to achieve team goals.
  • Participate in the Net Promoter System to incorporate feedback.
  • Drive results and growth.
  • Support a culture of inclusion.

Requirements

  • 2-5 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
