About the Role

We are seeking engaging, creative, and child-focused individuals to join our on-call nanny squad. This role is about making meaningful connections, creating joyful moments, and simplifying families' lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in fun activities like playing, reading, and arts and crafts.
• Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers.
• Assist with school homework up to 5th-grade Math and English assignments.
• Participate in active play, including outdoor activities weather permitting.
• Lift 35 pounds safely.
• Get up and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day.
• React quickly and effectively to emergent situations.
• Clean up activities.

Requirements

• Available at least three days per week between 7am - 7pm.
• Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Provide 3 references (2 childcare-related, 1 character reference).
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds safely.
• Must be able to get up from and down to the floor numerous times throughout the day.
• Will need to be able to react quickly to certain situations.
• May need to react to emergent situations in a calm, effective and safe manner.

• Hourly Wage: $23-$25 per hour
• Overtime Wage: $34.5-$37.5 per hour
