About the Role
As a Recruiting Manager, you will develop and grow a client base, recruit, evaluate, and place technology professionals in full-time positions, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will also provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates and participate in industry trade associations.
Responsibilities
- Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
- Introducing services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
- Recruiting, evaluating, and placing technology professionals in full-time positions
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local community
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an IT-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business

Salary/Compensations
- $70,304 to $89,000
- Salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location
- Eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives
