About the Role
The Analyst – Integrated Supply Chain Operations will play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing operational and financial data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, recommending process optimization and automation solutions, and building performance dashboards to enhance executive visibility. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and advance MMC’s mission of delivering value through healthcare supply chain excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency gains.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations supported by data modeling, trend analysis, and benchmarking.
- Evaluate workflows and business processes to identify automation opportunities and technology-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leaders to implement process changes that improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using business intelligence tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational KPIs for executive and operational decision-making.
- Track and report on the impact of implemented initiatives.
- Recommend ongoing enhancements to ensure sustained performance improvements and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with leaders across strategic sourcing, logistics, and finance to gather requirements, validate findings, and support strategic priorities.
- Present insights and recommendations in clear, concise formats for diverse audiences, including executives and front-line managers.
Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including group presentation skills.

- Excellent organization skills, including thoroughness, a heightened level of attention to detail, excellence in follow-up, and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in all MS Office products with advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work under pressure.
- High energy, flexibility, and agility to respond in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required.
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required as a condition of employment.
