About the Role

The Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting orders at retail locations and delivering them to guests safely. This role requires cross-training to actively participate as a member of the team, including covering breaks, serving customers, cleaning, and assisting with shipments and audits.

Responsibilities

  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers safely and in a timely manner.
  • Completing deliveries as instructed through training to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and accurately communicating client complaints to dispatch.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Maintaining compliance with the delivery process outlined in training.
  • Proper use of applications related to the delivery process.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct.
  • Effectively communicating with diverse customers and creating meaningful connections.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador by engaging with customers.
  • Providing feedback and advice to others while maintaining a collaborative attitude.

Requirements

  • Personal Insured Vehicle
  • Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
  • A Smart Phone with a data plan and a car charger
  • Tech-Friendly
  • Fluent in English
  • Available Monday-Sunday between 11am-9pm
