About the Role

Responsibilities
- Set up coffee breaks, receptions, banquet bars, and other functions.
- Arrange tables according to standards and Event Orders.
- Serve food and beverages during events.
- Prepare mixed drinks and serve beer and wine following standard recipes.
- Clear tables of dishes during and after meals.
- Monitor diners to fulfill requests and determine when meals are complete.
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings for each function.
- Break down, clean, and store equipment after events.
- Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
