About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of a high volume Tier III branch. This position engages, develops, and supports team members to provide guidance and solutions to customers, building long-term relationships and achieving business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead, engage, develop and support team members to provide guidance and the right solutions to our customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
- Ensure employee satisfaction targets are met.
- Ensure branch audits are satisfactory.
- Ensure efficient and effective branch operations while monitoring service quality standards.
- Develop high performing teams.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key members and community partners.
- Achieve assigned sales measures as outlined in the sales performance reports.
- Manage noninterest income and noninterest expense budget.
- Perform effective coaching with all team members, tailored to individual needs.
- Foster a culture of core values and purpose.
- Engage in continuous self-development.
- Ensure the ongoing development of talent.
- Commit to helping employees reach their full potential.
- Support and ensure employee understanding of and engagement in corporate strategy, policies and processes.
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective action to improve outcomes.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 6 years sales leadership success in financial or comparable industry required.
- Demonstrated effective leadership in high potential market areas.
- Strong financial services product knowledge.
- Proven ability to develop, engage and motivate team.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate and relate with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to the organization's purpose.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Desire to serve and create economic opportunity in traditionally underserved communities.
- Strong cultural competency and desire to work in an organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience with helping members achieve financial wellness.
- Proficient in PC applications.
- Must complete submission of application to the NMLS within the first week of employment and subsequently be successfully registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator through ESL.
Skills
- Conversational proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required.

- Starting Pay: $114,000
- Salary Range: $87,767 - $127,228
