About the Role

We are seeking an Immigration Legal Assistant with 1–2 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on removal proceedings before the Immigration Court. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, client-focused, and eager to build deeper experience in removal defense while supporting a collaborative and mission-driven legal team.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in preparing removal defense cases, including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and termination of proceedings.
• Gain hands-on experience with court filings, evidence preparation, client communication, and real-world immigration litigation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in Immigration Law
• Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
