About the Role

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering various compensation programs, including job evaluations, report generation, and supporting salary decisions and employee retention. The role requires a self-motivated, analytical individual who thrives on problem-solving and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and reference salary surveys to determine industry pay standards.
  • Analyze internal pay data and identify trends.
  • Complete analyses of jobs, hourly wages, salaries, and incentives to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to HRBPs and Recruiting for promotions, adjustments, and new hire offer packages.
  • Participate in the annual market pricing process to determine the company’s overall competitive position.
  • Make recommendations regarding salary grades and market rates for specific jobs.
  • Administer annual compensation surveys.
  • Support HR Business Partners.
  • Conduct monthly minimum wage audits, maintaining knowledge of federal/state laws and existing/emerging practices.
  • Analyze data accuracy and integrity in the stock administration system and internal HR systems.
  • Assist with the administration of the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) incentive program.
  • Provide support for the year-end semi-annual compensation process (performance management, merit/bonus planning).
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as needed by Compensation/Human Resources management.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members, adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of related professional experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Reporting experience preferred; data management a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions; strong attention to detail required.
  • Problem-solving skills; ability to identify and resolve compensation-related issues.
