About the Role

BCCI, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an experienced Night Superintendent to support TI projects. The Night Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and success of high-end renovations and construction projects, focusing on quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all assigned project staff and relationships with project owners, owner’s tenants, and all involved professional groups.
• Oversee timely and accurate completion of all project management documentation and administrative tasks.
• Monitor schedules and spending.
• Complete or review project reports for accuracy, providing status, financial, and project schedule reports.
• Perform final review of construction projects, including bid reviews, bid procedures, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, final estimates, and labor & materials takeoffs.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Approve invoices for payment or negotiate changes.
• Prepare and submit change orders for approval by clients and director of operations.
• Ensure subcontractors are advised of all change orders.
• Prepare all close-out documentation, including warranty information, affidavits, and record drawings.
• Ensure final payments are received from clients and appropriate invoices are paid to subcontractors.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in commercial construction management.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.
