About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the buying process.
Responsibilities
- Create an ideal customer experience daily
- Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process
- Educate customers on Verizon products and services
- Meet and exceed company and location sales production standards
- Resolve customer situations to ensure complete satisfaction
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks
- Complete all required training

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in wireless
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service
- Ability to travel to various locations within the assigned district
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proof of work eligibility in the US
