About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Account Executive to support the delivery of high-impact social and behaviour change campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn fast, contribute ideas, and build a career in strategic communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of communications projects across their full lifecycle
  • Contribute ideas, research, and inspiration to strengthen creative work
  • Assist with briefs, reviews, and development of campaign materials
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports
  • Bring a point of view—contribute ideas thoughtfully and proactively
  • Support research, insight gathering, and development of campaign stimulus
  • Stay on top of industry trends and share relevant inspiration with teams
  • Support account administration (timing plans, meeting setup, reporting)
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high quality and formatting standards
  • Assist with financial processes including estimates, POs, and invoicing
  • Help coordinate internal processes across production, digital, and print
  • Build strong relationships across the agency
  • Contribute to team initiatives, events, and agency culture
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

Requirements

  • Internship or early experience in communications, marketing, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of business and operational fundamentals
  • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong interest in geopolitics and global affairs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Confidence to contribute ideas and learn quickly

Skills

  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Arabic or Farsi (spoken, written, or reading)

Work Type

  • Work from anywhere for up to 2 weeks per year (subject to approval)

Salary/Compensations

  • $55,000-$65,000
