About the Role

MPB is seeking a Marketing Manager to expand its brand presence among photographers, videographers, and visual storytellers in the US. This role involves delivering integrated campaigns across various channels, collaborating with global and regional teams to boost awareness, engagement, and commercial growth. It's a hands-on position for a creative, organized, and commercially astute individual experienced in social-first content and multi-channel campaigns, with an interest in leveraging AI and marketing technology for enhanced efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Coordinate campaign activity across social media, CRM, activations, influencers, PR, and owned content.
  • Work closely with paid media and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Co-manage marketing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support campaign planning.
  • Brief, shape, and oversee production of consumer-focused content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Support content calendars and campaign messaging aligned to marketing priorities.
  • Write and edit copy for social media, CRM, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, and internal creative teams to deliver brand-aligned content.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for reactive and community-driven content.
  • Manage with Senior Content Manager owned content creation.
  • Support campaign execution using marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Use reporting tools including Tableau to track campaign, partnership, and activation performance.
  • Own maintenance of campaign trackers, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
  • Apply AI tools across content production, reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign and audience performance data.
  • Support planning and execution of partner events and activations.
  • Coordinate vendors, merchandise, logistics, and event materials.
  • Support influencer, PR, and partnership activity to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track event and partnership performance and share learnings with the wider marketing team.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience across campaigns, social media, content, or events.
  • Experience concepting, briefing, and producing content for social, including hands-on familiarity with editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Edits).
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, reporting tools, CRM, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools across marketing workflows, including the judgment to evaluate output, spot model limitations, and decide when human review is needed.
  • Curious and adaptable: comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches, learning quickly, and helping the team evolve its ways of working.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for photography, filmmaking, and creator culture preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
